At Fabricville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and fabric purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit for your space, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Fabricville account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabric bolts are protected and all hardware components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
